delivery and returns policy

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

We shall endeavor to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 14 working days after we receive your offer. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.

We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address by contacting us.

Deliveries are charged at the rates shown on the site for the goods ordered. Delivery charges for goods sent outside the United Kingdom may vary from rates shown on the site.

All our deliveries are sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery to the billing address or to an alternate address supplied to us by yourselves.

If the goods are not as you thought they would be or you simply do not like them you have up to 14 days to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them, not worn, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags on.

Please complete the returns form included with the goods to indicate if you would like an exchange or money back (note - a refund does not include the your cost of original postage and packing unless the goods were faulty or damaged).

This is how you return goods to us:

Pack up the goods carefully in their original packaging where possible, use additional packaging if necessary send them back clearly addressed to:

The goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this service insures goods upto £500. We do not accept returns from courier companies. Please note that the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped;

Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).

Once received we will asses your return for a valid reason and then we will refund your original purchase price withing 24 hours of receiving the returns, you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days.

If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them or if we have sent you the wrong goods, we will refund the charge made for the initial delivery on receipt of the goods back to ourselves.

However, in all other circumstances we are sorry, but we don't refund any charge made for the initial delivery to you.

All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
